"I am so excited to be able to share my art with you. Drawing has always been such a big part of my life. I am the proud mama of three girls and the happy wife to one fantastic husband. We are raising our family in the country along with our assortment of animals: A cow, (too many) chickens, a golden retriever, cat and a couple of goats. I love this life, and wouldn't change it for a second. My art is definitely a reflection of our animals and surroundings. (They are bound to pop up somewhere in my drawings) I hope you are inspired to create your own "works of art."

Challenge #8

It's Friday!! Can I get a woot woot? ;)

This week we're being sponsored by Rick St. Dennis. I'm sure you've seen him floating around on several blogs lately. They have generously offered 2 images as a prize.
Rick St Dennis is a designer of over 100 theatrical productions and is also the author of 4 books on decorative painting and contributor to at least a dozen national magazines on crafts and art.
He is one of a handful of designers to have designed TWO productions of AIDA, Verdi's massive Egyptian opera spectacle.
Currently living in the quiet beach comminuity of Seal Beach, California he writes restaurant reviews and theatre reviews between assignments for web designs, logos and creating art for local shows.
St. Dennis has appeared on such TV shows as Home Matters with Susan Powell, Aileen's Crafts and others.
He was Crafts editor for Country Folk Art Magazine and sold his artwork nationally through galleries and shows.
Among numerous awards he won a presidential commendation in 1976 for his contributions to the bicentennial year including the design of the west coast premier of William Grant Still's opera BAYOU LEGEND.

Hello, my name is Laurie.   I'm just a regular Joe crafter.  While trying to find digital images that met my own crafting needs, I decided to draw some of my own, as I had so many unique ideas that I just couldn’t locate elsewhere. I truly enjoy what I do and enjoy sharing the creativity that God has given me in the hopes it will inspire others to create too. I have a variety of doodling styles and I like to keep a diverse selection at hand.
